How the Workbook Came To Be
Lisa Conner began creating a template to help her write yoga sequences while she was going through her yoga teacher training. Some of her peers found it useful as well. She began putting together a new yoga teacher workbook that made it easy to see all the poses one could use in certain sections of a yoga class. The workbook made it simple to build sequences having many of the pose possibilites available to browse through.
When covid-19 happened her yoga studio closed and she like so many others needed a way to create an at-home self practice. That’s when she got to work to finish her book and through quarantine was able to build a workbook and journal that can help new yoga teachers and self practitioners design beautiful yoga practices.
It's Lisa's hope that Creating Yoga Sequences, Your Journey to Writing Creative Practices, will become a workbook and journal for all those who love yoga to collect a variety of exciting yoga practices.
